New sales data compiled



Miami Beach


Information taken from the region's multiple listing service shows an average sales price of $934 per square foot for an oceanfront condo in Miami Beach built in 2002 or later. This was the highest price of the five markets in the survey, which also included Bal Harbour, Sunny Isles, Hollywood-Hallandale and Fort Lauderdale. Data was taken from sales from January through June, though data for the current month remains incomplete.
