North Lauderdale office building sells



Jefferson Square


Square One Industrial has paid $3.925 million for a North Lauderdale office building, with plans to renovate the property raise rents. The 51,500-square-foot building, called Jefferson Square, was sold by Atac Estates, in a transaction brokered by Marcus & Millichap on both sides. Tenants at the building, located at 6041-6047 Kimberly Boulevard, include Contour Dental Lab, Palm Lakes Printing and United Chemicals. TRD
