Donald Trump and Jorge Perez, two of the biggest names in South Florida condo development, made a united media and sales blitz Jan. 25-26 in support of their Trump-Hollywood project. From a gala at the tower to a luxury box reception at Gulfstream Park, the emphasis was on sales. Along the way, the pair of celebrity entrepreneurs left a trail of smiling faces among guests at the lavish functions. Even Phillipe Perez, son of The Related Group boss, seemed to enjoy his time with The Donald. No word on how many winners Trump backed at the betting windows, but he was on hand to present a trophy to the winning connections after the featured race on Sunshine Millions day at the Hallandale race track.
