As the New York City real estate market continues to struggle, brokers are turning to some unconventional methods to sell apartments. I hired someone a designer from the D&D and he gave me great advice...made some changes to my home. He did not care for the apartment...and for whatever reason I did not follow his advice on moving...He was right on! Then I hired another designer for my office at the Seagrams Building, and it just look a bit peculiar..it was negative..and my colleagues made fun of it. I would never do it again..
